Premium stainless steel is stainless steel coated with PVD plating. Stainless steel is a sustainable 100% recyclable material. Moreover, it is completely nickel-free and therefore hypoallergenic.

PVD is a plating applied through a process called Physical Vapor Deposition. It is a process that provides stronger adhesion and a thicker coating. This makes it waterproof, tarnish-resistant and much more durable than traditional gold-plated jewelry.

So 100% waterproof, but also allergy free .

That's certainly possible! The jewelry is handmade in the Netherlands and can be made to desired length. Do you want the jewelry slightly larger or smaller than indicated? Add a note to your order with the desired size.

Ordering on Blossomsieraden.nl is very easy! Place the items you would like in your shopping cart by clicking on the 'order' button. A pop-up screen will appear confirming that the item has been added to your shopping cart. Not ready yet? No problem! Continue shopping!

Once you have finished shopping and have placed all your favorite items in your shopping cart, click on 'Shopping Cart' at the top right of your screen. There you will get an overview of the items in your shopping cart and you can adjust the quantities if necessary. If you choose 'Order these items' you will arrive at the Checkout page. You're almost done now! All you have to do is complete your order. You can easily fill in all your details at the Checkout. This is done in just 4 steps:

1. Billing address
- Enter the address details of the address where you want to receive the invoice.
- Would you like to have the package delivered to a different address? Then uncheck the box 'Ship to the same address', after which you can enter the details of the shipping address.
- We advise you to click the box 'Create an account for your next visit', so that you do not have to fill in all your details again on your next visit. So super handy!

2. Shipping
Choose the desired shipping method here. We aim to ship all orders placed and paid for before 4:00 PM on workdays within 2 working days. And for orders over €50, shipping of your package is completely free!

3. Payment
- Select the desired payment method here. You can pay the way you want, safely and securely with iDEAL, via bank transfer, with credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro), our Gift Voucher (Code).
- Select your bank at iDEAL.

4. Check your order
- In the last step you can check your order and possibly apply a discount code or gift voucher code.

- To complete the order you must agree to our General Terms and Conditions. Finally, click on the 'Place your order' button and your order will be processed!

You must transfer the amount due for your order in advance, stating the order number. As soon as your payment has been received, the order will be shipped. Please transfer the total amount within 2 days. Orders not paid within 2 days will be cancelled.

Your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days after receipt of your payment. However, we are not always able to achieve this, sometimes products are out of stock and delivery of your order may take a little longer. If, for whatever reason, we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

All orders are shipped by PostNL. Blossom Sieraden is not liable for damage during transport by the external carrier.

Delivery is via PostNL's postman or parcel delivery. Blossom Sieraden is not responsible for orders that are lost in the mail.

Hoe werkt retourneren of ruilen?
Stuur binnen 7 dagen een e-mail naar info@blossjewelry.nl met je naam, ordernummer, productomschrijving en reden van retour. Vervolgens kun je het artikel, ongedragen en in originele verpakking, binnen 10 dagen terugsturen naar:

Gebruik een stevige verpakking om beschadigingen te voorkomen. De verzendkosten voor retourneren of ruilen zijn voor eigen rekening. Bewaar altijd je verzendbewijs.

Terugbetaling
Zodra het artikel in goede staat retour is ontvangen, wordt het aankoopbedrag zo snel mogelijk teruggestort via de oorspronkelijke betaalmethode.

Let op:

• Oorbellen kunnen om hygiënische redenen niet geretourneerd worden.
• Artikelen mogen worden bekeken, maar niet gedragen of beschadigd teruggestuurd worden.
• Retour gezonden items zijn op eigen risico van de klant.

De workshop reservering fee is €29,95.
Tijdens de workshop kies je welk sieraad je maakt:

Je betaalt aan het eind van de workshop voor het sieraad dat je gemaakt hebt. Mocht er tijd over zijn, kan je een tweede sieraad maken.

De BLOSS Studio is gevestigd aan Zusters van Trierstraat 60, Den Bosch, midden in het centrum. We zitten op 2 minuten lopen van de Markt, dus perfect te combineren met een lunch, borrel of etentje.

De studio bevindt zich op de eerste verdieping en is helaas niet rolstoeltoegankelijk.

Parkeren is eenvoudig en dichtbij:

• Q-Park Tolbrug – 1 minuut lopen
• Q-Park Arena – 2 minuten lopen

Let op: op vrijdagavond en zaterdagmiddag zijn deze parkeergarages regelmatig vol!

In dat geval adviseren we om je auto te parkeren bij het Transferium. De transferbus stopt bij bushalte Zuid-Willemsvaart, op 1–2 minuten loopafstand van de BLOSS Studio.

Kom je met het openbaar vervoer?
Bushalte Zuid-Willemsvaart ligt op 2 minuten loopafstand.

Zorg dat je 5–10 minuten voor aanvang aanwezig bent. We starten de workshop gezamenlijk en op tijd.

Je wordt bij de voordeur opgehaald, dus je hoeft niet zelf te zoeken of aan te bellen. We vragen je om 5 tot 10 minuten vóór aanvang aanwezig te zijn.

De workshop start op de aangegeven tijd, zodat we gezamelijk kunnen beginnen.

Nee, je hoeft geen ervaring te hebben! De workshop is zo opgezet dat kiezen en combineren van materialen in jouw eigen stijl voldoende is.

De workshops zijn bedoeld voor volwassenen. Gemiddeld komen deelnemers tussen de 18 en 65 jaar.

Je kunt je plek doorgeven aan iemand anders of je workshop verplaatsen tot 24 uur voor aanvang. Restitutie van de reserveringsfee is niet mogelijk.
